It’s January 11th and I’ve Already Failed My Resolutions…
So much for making those resolutions, am I right?
It’s January — the month of resolutions. And just like everyone else, I had made my resolutions: invest in myself mentally, physically and financially. Meaning, write in a daily journal (decided to start my year with Soul Therapy by Jacqueline Kademian), workout via Beachbody on Demand and follow one of their programs, as well as set aside savings every month.
Yet, here we are January 11th and I have done maybe one to two things on my resolutions list.
Now, I will tell you that I did contract COVID within the first two weeks of the new year and it knocked me way out for a few days. Thankfully, all symptoms were manageable and I was able to maintain said illness at home.
Nonetheless, while quarantined for the five recommended days by my employer, I found myself still wanting tohold true to at least one or more of my resolutions. Thus, I came across one of the nutrition programs Beachbody had to offer and found it to be a perfect fit: 2B Mindset.
